Users signed into UWinsite Student may be logged out unexpectedly and will be required to sign in again. It may also require the user to clear their web browser's cache to access the system after maintenance. Find a knowledge base article about clearing a cache.
If you experience an issue with UWinsite Student after the maintenance time, please open a ticket and it will be routed to the correct area for help.
COMPLETED - During UWinCARD software maintenance, on Wednesday, Oct. 11 and Thursday, Oct. 12, students with meal plans (basic & flex) can use their UwinCARDs at on-campus food outlets. UwinCARDs cannot be used at off-campus restaurants, campus photocopiers/printers, and at the Campus Bookstore during maintenance.
UwinCASH and employee payroll charges will be unavailable during the maintenance.

The HR / Payroll system (VIP) will be unavailable from Friday, Oct. 6, at noon, until Monday, Oct . 9, due to an application upgrade. The upgrade will impact other applications that receive data feeds and are noted below.
