Some Microsoft users are experiencing a disruption accessing related Microsoft applications and campus systems that use @uwindsor.ca single sign-on and multi-factor authentication, including Brightspace and UWinsite Student. The IT Services team is investigating the issue and will resolve it as soon as possible.

IT Services will perform planned maintenance on the EDUROAM wireless network on Tuesday, October 14, at 10:00 a.m. No interruption of service is expected. In some cases, users may need to "forget" the EDUROAM network on their devices and reconnect.
Be sure to use correct credentials when signing in ("my-uwin-id@uwindsor.ca").
Microsoft is reporting that some users in Canada may be unable to access their Outlook mailboxes or send email messages from multiple connection methods. The problem occurs in the Outlook desktop, mobile, and web-based applications.
Microsoft Support is working to remediate the issue.

On Thursday, October 2, IT Services will be performing system maintenance on UWinsite Student between 6:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. During this time, connectivity may be briefly interrupted in which case you may have to log in again.
