IT Services will be performing optimization work on the campus firewalls Tuesday August 29 between 6:00am and 8:00am. This work is being done to improve security and align configuration with vendor best-practices. During this time, access to certain resources that require GlobalProtect may be blocked.

Starting Tuesday, July 25, 2023, to add another layer of protection to the University network from cybersecurity threats, we are enhancing security to the "Change My Security Questions" feature in UWin Account Services. When a security question change is requested, a one-time code will be emailed to the user's University email address (UWinID@uwindsor.ca). This code must be entered into the Account Services screen within a few minutes before the Change Questions form is displayed. Users who are unable to complete the email challenge should contact the IT Service Desk for assistance.
