Network maintenance Tuesday July 14 6:00-7:00am
IT Services will be performing network maintenance Tuesday July 14, 2020 from 6:00-7:00am. The mobile VPN service will be unavailable for up to 5 minutes. If something goes wrong, general access to Internet may be interrupted. Other services may also be affected, such as GoPrint, vending machines and laundry.
If you continue to experience network problems after 8:00am, please contact the IT Service Desk at ext. 4441.
Updated: Incoming calls to the University are now available
Updated: Incoming calls to Campus are now available. Telus resolve their issue with the system change.
Network Maintenance
On Thursday, June 25, several campus services will go offline due to network maintenance during a planned network interruption lasting a few minutes between 6 and 6:30 am. The short network interruption will affect: active connections using the Shrew VPN client, Awards connectivity to the Ministry, and access to IDIR. Any user sessions that drop will need to be reestablished. Other impacted services are expected to resume once the network maintenance has completed.
Microsoft Teams Performance Issues
Microsoft has identified a performance issue with Teams where up to 7% of messages can be delayed 15 minutes. They are working to resolve the issue.

University Website Unavailable
The University of Windsor website was unavailable from 6:15am to 9:30am on June 16th, 2020. If you experience any issues as a result, please submit a ticket.
