Professor Bruce Elman has been reappointed as the integrity commissioner for the City of Windsor, a position he has held since 2011. Following Monday’s city council meeting during which Professor Elman presented his annual report, Mayor Drew Dilkens said, “He’s done a great job since he’s been here. He’s very level headed and thoughtful - a very smart man.”
Professor Elman is looking forward to another year with the city.
