Moon Op-Ed in the Vancouver Sun

Professor Richard Moon wrote an op-ed on indigenous smudging ceremonies in the public schools entited, "First Nation smudging ceremony does not infringe on religious freedom." The piece appeared in today's Vancouver Sun.
