How to Apply

The University of Windsor strives to be a welcoming community that is committed to equity and inclusion, and supports diversity in its teaching, learning, and work environments.

The University sits on the traditional territory of the Three Fires Confederacy of First Nations, which includes the Ojibwa, the Odawa, and the Potawatomi. We respect the longstanding relationships with First Nations people in this place in the 100-mile Windsor-Essex peninsula and the straits – les détroits – of Detroit.

Please refer to our Indigenous Initiatives website for additional information about supports, services and resources for the campus community.

In pursuit of the University of Windsor's employment policies as well as the University’s equity, diversity, inclusion, and decolonization commitments, members from designated groups (Women, Indigenous Peoples, Racialized Persons, Persons with Disabilities, and those that identify as 2SLGBTQIA+) are encouraged to apply and may self-identify if they choose to do so. Please refer to the Office of the Vice-President, People, Equity and Inclusion website for information about the University’s Anti-Racism Organizational Change supports, activities and initiatives.

If you require an accommodation for any part of the application and hiring process, please notify the Talent and Recruitment team by email at employment@uwindsor.ca. Please refer to the Office of Human Rights, Equity & Accessibility website for additional information on accommodations.

All candidates are encouraged to apply; however, Canadians and permanent residents will be given priority. Please note that candidacy for positions will require you to be authorized to work in Canada.
