This weekend, Windsor Law students joined law students from across Canada to take part in a research marathon to assist refugees impacted by ban by U.S. President Donald Trump's recent executive orders.

Bill Bogart
Congratulations to Professor Bill Bogart on his appointment to the Panel on Research Ethics for a three year term. This is the federal body that advises on research ethics issues regarding NSERC, CIHR, and the SSHRC. The appointment is made jointly by the three Presidents of these funding agencies.

Bill Bogart
Professor Bill Bogart's book, Off The Street: Legalizing Drugs (Dundurn), has now been published in the US. Bill and his book are being represented in America by Dalyn Mill Public Relations (Chicago).

Congratulations to Professor Julie Macfarlane on winning a 2016 Clawbie for the National Self Represented Litigant Project blog in the new Change and Advocacy category. This is the second Clawbie for the NSRLP. They first won in 2015 in the Non Lawyer Audience category.
