Bio- Tetyana (Tanya) Krupiy

Tanya Krupiy's research focuses on developing regulatory frameworks in order to ensure that technological innovation is conducive to the well-being of the citizens. She is currently engaged in investigating the nature of artificial intelligence decision-making systems and the impact the employment of such systems has on the lives of individuals. In her work, Tanya aims to incorporate the voices of the communities who have historically experienced discrimination and disadvantage. Tanya's work is interdisciplinary. She has an interest in law, legal theory, sociology, anthropology, philosophy, and science and technology studies. Prior to joining Tilburg University as a researcher, Tanya was a postdoctoral fellow at McGill University.
