On March 12, 2016, Windsor Law students took first place at the 4th Annual Walsh Family Law Moot at Osgoode Hall. Congratulations to team members Lesley Campbell, Mackenzie Falk, Rebecca Hines and Rebecca Locksley, along with their coach Cynthia Nantais.
The Walsh Family Law Moot is hosted by the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, Ontario Chapter and was the first provincial family law moot in Canada. The Walsh Family Moot is named after former Justice George Walsh of the Superior Court of Justice. In 2016, teams from all Ontario law schools and the University of Manitoba competed.
