Windsor Yearbook of Access to Justice on Indigenous Legal Traditions

A special issue of the Windsor Yearbook of Access to Justice (WYAJ) titled, Indigenous Law, Lands and Literature, has been published.

Guest edited by Dr. John Borrows, Canada Research Chair in Indigenous Law at the University of Victoria, Faculty of Law, this is an important issue that delves into many aspects of Indigenous legal traditions. The issue also includes an article by Windsor Law professor, Jeffery Hewitt.
