The Windsor Lancers are gearing up for an action-packed opening weekend as both soccer and football teams kick off their 2025 campaigns. 

The action begins Saturday, Aug. 30, when Lancer football hits the road to face the Laurier Golden Hawks in Waterloo.

The Ontario College of Teachers is currently reviewing an application for the general accreditation of the BEd programs offered by the University of Windsor.

As part of this review, a survey is available to gather input related to the quality of the programs. Teacher candidates, faculty members, associate teachers and interested members of the community are welcome to complete the survey.

The University of Windsor has launched a major upgrade to its campus dining experience with the introduction of All You Care to Eat (AYCTE), now available to students, staff and faculty.

While the permanent home of this program, the newly built Rodzik Dining Hall, completes construction, AYCTE is being temporarily housed at Winclare Hall, a purpose-ready space for the much-anticipated change.

As UWindsor prepares to launch its new mechatronics program, a Fulbright Specialist’s visit is helping faculty explore innovative teaching approaches and hands-on learning opportunities. 

Chris Kelley, an assistant professor of mechanical engineering at Florida Polytechnic University, spent two weeks at the University through the prestigious Fulbright Specialist Program.
