What a ride this has been. My professional journey has entered a new chapter as I welcome my appointment to the position of Chief Operating Officer for the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board, North America’s largest real estate board representing 62,000+ REALTORS®. After graduation from Windsor’s MA program, I had the privilege of being the first Windsor student to be selected for the Ontario Legislative Internship Program. Following OLIP, I joined TRREB in 1992 as a public policy researcher, and managed to work my way into senior management roles. It’s been rewarding to serve in several leadership roles in government relations, industry relations, commercial affairs and media relations, with my most recent position being Chief Communications and Government Affairs/Chief Privacy Officer, a portfolio I will retain. I am eager to tackle the challenges ahead and owe a debt of gratitude to my Alma Mater, the University of Windsor.
