| Program Description |
Grants to support innovation activities that enhance the reach and profile of the University including the opportunity to support lab2market, commercialization, launching University-affiliated startups, and events that create positive return towards future grants. |
| What Projects are Eligible? |
Projects that support the advancement and commercialization of research and innovation, including activities that increase technology readiness levels (TRLs), strengthen institutional reputation, expand faculty research opportunities, support commercialization and knowledge mobilization initiatives, and develop go-to-market strategies through market research and specialized expertise. |
| Who Can Apply? |
Full-time University of Windsor faculty members and librarians with a research mandate. Applicants must not hold other funding for development of the same research project. |

Applications accepted through the ERSO Research Portal
Data Management Plan (where applicable): Applicants proposing research that involves the collection, creation, or management of research data must submit a Data Management Plan (DMP) as part of their application. Applicants may use the University of Windsor Data Management Plan Template available through Leddy Library. Additional information and resources are available through Leddy Library's Research Data Management website.
All grant holders must submit a final report, detailing the impact the award had on their work, within one month of the award end date. Grant holders who fail to submit a report will be ineligible for future internal grants until the final report is submitted.
