Program Description Supports knowledge mobilization, dissemination, and research exchange activities across disciplines to increase impact, collaboration, and visibility.
What Projects are Eligible? Knowledge mobilization and dissemination activities including workshops, research dissemination, outreach, interdisciplinary collaboration, and engagement with community or non-academic partners.
Who Can Apply? Full-time faculty members and librarians with a research mandate. Must not hold other internal or external funding for the same project.

Final Report Deadline Within 1 month of project end date
Eligible Expenses
  • Knowledge translation products (policy briefs, reports, creative outputs)
  • Modest materials and supplies directly related to dissemination.
  • Must comply with agency guidelines.

Award Value $3,000 (maximum)

Applications accepted through the ERSO Research Portal

All grant holders must submit a final report, detailing the impact the award had on their work, within one month of the termination of the award.  Grant holders who fail to submit a report will be ineligible for future internal grants.  The information supplied in these reports will be used to report grants’ outcomes to SSHRC. Grant holders who fail to submit a report will be ineligible for future internal grants.
