This masterclass aims to reveal secrets of the Unconscious mind and offer practical tools and techniques that you can use right away to improve your mental & physical well-being, your relationships, your career and much more. The workshop will cover the following:

2) Simple hacks of how to train your mind to create and achieve the life of your dreams.
3) Powerful Relaxation technique to help you reset anytime, anywhere, especially when faced with anxiety, trauma, heartbreak, and fear of failure.

Usha’s corporate experience primarily lies in the continuing/executive education segment. I have more than two decades of experience in the University setting and have also led, managed & implemented social impact programs for women and youth across the UAE. Since the last decade, I have branched out in the field of coaching & self-development. I am a Certified ACC Coach from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Certified Master NLP Practitioner, Clinical Hypnotherapist & Stress Mgmt. & Resilience Building Coach. Today’s youth are swamped with challenges both at personal and professional levels. I work extensively with youth in supporting them in their journey to become self-aware, self-confident, and self-accepting, manage emotions and communicate better, enhance personal and professional relationships, manage stress and deal with anxiety, deal with procrastination, boost focus and productivity, growth mindset and operate at peak performance.
