Abstract: 

The primary purpose is to give the Audience overview of Machine learning as well as a clear understanding of how it can be used as a powerful tool in Cybersecurity, that will increase the awareness of its importance as one of Cutting-edge technology which has many proven effective applications.

  • Introduction to Machine Learning
  • Applying ML in cyber Security (General Introduction).
  • Detect Malicious URLs
  • Malware-Detection

 

Prerequisites:

  • Python
  • Access to Colab and/or Jupyter notebook

 

Biography: 

Safiia is a Ph.D. student at the School of Computer Science (University of Windsor). She is interested in applying ML in CyberSecurity.
