Abstract:

In the study of complex networks, understanding the role and importance of individual nodes is crucial for evaluating the structural robustness and resilience of the system. Among various network metrics, centrality measures are particularly vital as they tell nodes that play key roles in maintaining connectivity and facilitating information or flow transmission. This proposal focuses on analyzing centrality within the context of the North America power grid, utilizing insights and algorithms from references to understand the critical nodes for infrastructure resilience.
