This workshop, inspired by the renowned book Cracking the Coding Interview by Gayle Laakmann McDowell, is designed to empower participants with the knowledge and strategies essential for succeeding in behavioural interviews at top technology companies. Attendees will delve into core interviewing HR questions along with computer science concepts. Emphasizing a highly interactive format, this workshop includes hands-on exercises and collaborative discussions. Participants will actively engage in behavioural interview challenges, receive immediate feedback, and practice effective communication strategies.
This workshop offers a comprehensive and interactive experience designed to prepare participants for behavioural interviews. The session begins with an overview of what to expect in behavioural interviews and the core concepts essential for success, including human resources questions. Attendees will engage in hands-on exercises and live demonstrations, enhancing their communication skills.

Salma Aly, the founder and CEO of BlinkTech Solutions and a PhD student at the University of Windsor. Her research interest is software testing. She received her M.Sc. in computer science from The American University in Cairo, Egypt. Her master's was focused on artificial intelligence (AI). Salma started working in the industry after she received her bachelor’s. She worked as an intelligent automation engineer, Python developer and digital marketing data analyst.
