Abstract

This workshop delves into the innovative application of Reinforcement Learning (RL) to optimize data storage in cloud computing. As cloud storage continues to grow in scale and complexity, traditional approaches face challenges in efficiency and resource management. Reinforcement Learning offers dynamic solutions by enabling intelligent decision-making for data placement, retrieval, and storage optimization. This session will cover the fundamental principles of RL and its integration with cloud storage systems. Participants will explore real-world scenarios and theoretical frameworks, gaining insights into how RL can enhance storage efficiency, reduce costs, and address scalability issues. By the end of this workshop, attendees will have a strong foundation for applying RL techniques to solve pressing challenges in cloud data management, equipping them for future research and project development in this evolving field.
