Apply to the LLM Program

All core courses in the LLM Program will be taught on Mondays Fridays. This includes all courses in the one-year regular LLM Program.

The Windsor Law LLM Program will accept applications on a rolling basis until January 5, 2024.  We suggest that you submit your completed application by November 10, 2023, as application review will commence at that time.

Students are encouraged to apply early. Late applications may be considered at the discretion of the Faculty of Law. Applications are considered on a rolling basis.

How to apply

Please visit the University of Windsor's Graduate Studies website.

You will be required to pay an application fee of $125.00 Cdn (non-refundable). 

You will receive an email from the University of Windsor with specific instructions pertaining to uploading the required documents into the eGAS system.

Q & A

1. I'm unable to upload my documents, what should I do?

(i) Please submit your “Research Proposal” together with your “Statement of Research Interests & Autobiographical Sketch form” under one tab; and,

(ii) Please collate all transcripts into a single document and upload them to your eGAS file as one document, under the “Transcripts” tab.

How to Prepare for Your Writing Sample

Your writing sample should be no more than 10 to 15 pages and maybe an excerpt of a larger document.
