Registrar's Office Drop Box:

Any Official Documents to be submitted to the Office of the Registrar should be dropped off in a sealed envelope to the Registrar's Office Drop Box.  The Drop Box is located in front of the Cashier's Office in Chrysler Hall North (CHN), which is accessible via the lower level North Entrance.  A Safe Lancer "Approved" badge is required to enter the building. 

Please do not book an appointment to drop off Official Documents.

Alternatively, Official Documents can be mailed to the Office of the Registrar, at the address listed above.


Booking Appointments:

Due to the changing COVID-19 restrictions, the Office of the Registrar will open for limited hours of operation. Visitation will be by appointment only, with limited services available, as follows:

  • Order and Pick-up transcript *
  • Completion of Verification of attendance forms
  • Enrollment letter *
  • Visa Graduation Letter *
  • Diploma pick up (with prior approval) *

Note:  On the day of your appointment, please complete the Self-Assessment Questionnaire in the Safe Lancer App.
