Need something repaired?
Submit a work order through Azzier. All requests, including air quality and refrigeration problems, should go through Azzier so they can be tracked. For anything urgent, call ext. 2850.

Work Orders
Submit all requests through Azzier. All work requests are tracked in Azzier. Requests submitted directly in Azzier allow users to monitor the status of the submitted requests.
Buildings and equipment are inspected and serviced on a regular preventative maintenance schedule.
Outside service providers are brought in for anything beyond the scope of our in-house staff.
Who pays
Routine repair and maintenance of existing structures is funded through Maintenance Services at no cost to your department.
Requests to change, alter or renovate a space are the responsibility of the requisitioning department, which covers all associated costs.
