The Data group is responsible for reporting and analysis within Facility Services Operations, covering work order data, building and asset records, energy consumption, and the reporting tools built upon them.

Requesting a Report
Requests should specify the intended purpose, the period to be covered, and the date required. The intended purpose is material: a request supporting a budget submission and one supporting a service review will generally require different reporting.
Existing reporting may already address your request.
Campus energy consumption is published on the Energy Management dashboard, and standard operational reports are produced on a regular cycle.
Data Quality
Reporting accuracy depends on the quality of data entered into the source systems. Complete work order descriptions, accurate building and room numbers, and correct account codes materially improve the reporting that can be produced.
