Facility Service Operations

Facility Services Operations maintains the University's buildings, grounds and building systems, and provides the operational services that keep the campus running day to day. Our work covers building maintenance and trades, custodial services, grounds and waste management, campus energy generation and distribution, and the administrative services that support them.

Requesting Service

All work order requests, including air quality and refrigeration concerns, should be submitted through Azzier so that they can be logged, dispatched and tracked. Additional forms are available on the Service Requests & Forms page.

Routine repair and maintenance of existing structures is funded through Facility Services at no cost to your department.

Requests to change, alter or renovate a space are the responsibility of the requisitioning department, which covers all associated costs.

If you are unsure which category your request falls into, contact us before submitting it — it is easier to sort out beforehand than after the work is scheduled.
