Beginning July 9, students will have a centralized on-campus and online location to access academic support services.

Student Central will integrate three core areas of student support. The Office of the Registrar, Student Awards and Financial Aid, and Student Accounts will be centrally-located at Chrysler Hall North in the Registrar’s office area.

A team of MBA students has launched a summer tourism campaign called 40-40, bringing new energy to Windsor’s business scene. 

Five MBA students from the Odette School of Business partnered with Windsor-Detroit Borderlink Limited (WDBL)—operator of the Windsor-Detroit Tunnel—to encourage tourists to cross the border and explore Windsor hot spots.

For Kevin Kosempel, Grounds Supervisor for the University of Windsor, overseeing the Facility Services team that maintains campus grounds is a source of pride, artistry, and legacy. 

“People taking pictures in front of our beds, especially graduation pictures, that’s always going to be there for the lifetime of that person,” remarks Kosempel.

After an extraordinary 38-year journey at the University of Windsor, Diane Rawlings is retiring.

Her last day marks not just the end of a remarkable career, but the celebration of a life woven into the fabric of campus.

“There’s just an energy around education and on college and university campuses that you really can’t be compared,” remarked Diane.

Women United has set a goal of collecting more than 5,000 books, and they’re looking to the UWindsor community to help get them there.

The group is hosting a campus book drive in support of United Way’s Summer Eats for Kids program, running now through July 15.

New and gently used books for all ages are welcome.
