Arshad Sial is an MASc student in Industrial Engineering at the University of Windsor in Windsor, Ontario. He received his B.Sc Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore in Pakistan in 1991. He also completed his MEng in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Windsor in 2017.
Mr. Sial completed an Advance Diploma in Power Engineering at St. Clair College in Windsor, Ontario. He also has an HVAC certification from Humber College in Toronto Ontario.
His research interests include Finite Element Analysis, CAD, Stress Analysis, and Health Hygiene.
He has 15+ years of working experience in textile weaving, cement manufacturing and the plastic extrusion industries. Mr. Sial was actively involved in erection, commissioning, and maintenance activities in the kiln area, raw mill, and utility department in D G K Cement Company Pakistan.
