About This Role

The Research Systems and Metrics Coordinator supports the Office of Research and Integrity Services (ORIS) by overseeing research systems, ensuring data integrity, and delivering analytics and reporting that inform institutional decision-making. The role also provides eRSO training and support to faculty and staff, contributes to policies and standard operating procedures, research initiatives, funding programs, and institutional priorities.

What I Do on the Team

• Manage and optimize research administration systems (eRSO, Researcher Portal), ensuring accurate data, user access, and system functionality.
• Develop and deliver institutional research metrics, reports, and Power BI dashboards to support planning, reporting, and decision-making.
• Provide training, guidance, and front-line support to faculty and staff on research systems, processes, and compliance requirements.
• Lead or support the development of SOPs, policies, and continuous improvements to research processes and systems.
• Contribute to institutional initiatives such as grant programs, nominations, and research reporting, ensuring alignment with institutional strategies.
