About This Role

Nicole Noël supports faculty in pursuing institutional and multidisciplinary research funding by enhancing the competitiveness, quality, and success of their applications. She works closely with applicants to major programs such as the Canada Foundation for Innovation (CFI), Ontario Research Fund (ORF), Ontario Early Researcher Awards (ERA), and the New Frontiers in Research Fund (NFRF). Nicole collaborates with researchers throughout the proposal development process, helping to craft clear, strategic, and well-structured applications that align with funder priorities and institutional requirements.

What I Do on the Team

• Support faculty in developing competitive applications to major institutional funding programs including CFI, ORF, ERA, and NFRF.
• Collaborate with researchers throughout the proposal development process to strengthen the clarity, strategy, and structure of applications.
• Ensure applications align with funder priorities and institutional requirements.
• Provide guidance and coordination for large, multidisciplinary research funding initiatives.
