About This Role

The Research Coordinator – Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences contributes to strengthening the University of Windsor's research culture, reputation, capacity, and revenues through strategic identification, promotion, coordination, and development of research funding opportunities and faculty research awards in primarily the Faculties of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences, the Faculty of Education, the Faculty of Human Kinetics, the Faculty of Law, and the Odette School of Business. This role educates and supports researchers in the development and submission of research funding applications to assist in increasing the number and quality of applications funded by SSHRC and other external agencies.

What I Do on the Team

• Educate, support, and guide researchers in the development and submission of high-quality funding applications.
• Pre- and post-award grant administration services and supports.
• Educate and guide researchers and University administrators on rapidly evolving provincial, federal, and international directives related to funded research.
• Foster and facilitate communications, collaborations, and research development of the research enterprise.
