- Login to UWinsite Student and apply through the Award Profile tile.

When starting a new Award Profile, select the 2022-2023 academic year.
- If you started your first profile for the current academic year between May 1st - July 31st, please do not skip profile questions and use the refresh data buttons to ensure your most-up-to-date information is populated.

On the next page, complete the course load fields accordingly. For example, if you plan to be a full-time student in the fall and winter (taking 4 or 5 courses), enter 100 under fall and winter.

- If applicable, click the Refresh Eligible awards button on the last page to ensure you are seeing the most up-to-date awards that are available.

If you are eligible for multiple application-based awards, you can only apply for one application-based award per form. There is no limit to the number of applications a student can submit. You must submit a start new form for each award that you wish to apply for. These awards will require you to respond to a specific question, upload an essay and may require you to attach supporting documentation.
