Withdrawal and Refund

You can request to withdraw your ELIP registration following these steps: 

1. Send your request to studyenglish@uwindsor.ca and provide a reason for withdrawal. 
2. An ELIP Withdrawal form will be emailed to you. 
3. Complete and submit the form via email. 

The Registration Fee of $150 is non-refundable, regardless of the situation. If your withdrawal request is received prior to first day of class, the Program Fee is fully refundable. No refund will be issued after classes have begun unless there are special circumstances as approved by the Manager – Language Programs.

Your decision of withdrawal will be provided to the Registrar’s Office. Students with conditional admission to an academic program choosing to withdraw from ELIP may be required to reapply to the University of Windsor.
