WINTER 2019 EXAM SCHEDULE
While the full Winter 2019 final exam schedule is posted on the Registrar’s website, your exam schedule for this semester is available in UWinsite Student. Check out this article to learn how to access it.
APPLY TO GRADUATE DEADLINE EXTENDED
The no-fee deadline to apply to graduate for the Spring 2019 Convocation has been extended until Friday, March 15, 2019.
Late applications to attend a Spring 2019 Convocation ceremony, and the associated non-refundable $80 fee, will be accepted from March 16 until one month prior to the start of Convocation.
No applications will be accepted within the four weeks prior to the start of Convocation. The last date applications will be accepted for Spring 2019 Convocation is Wednesday, May 1, 2019.

2018 TAX FORMS AVAILABLE
As a reminder, you can access your 2018 tax forms – specifically the T4A (Statement of Pension, Retirement, Annuity, and Other Income) and the T2202A (Tuition and Enrolment Certificate) – in UWinsite Student.
All students receive a T2202A. Only students who were awarded a scholarship or bursary in 2018 will receive a T4A.
If you have not previously authorized electronic access to your T4A, it has been mailed to the mailing address on your profile. If no mailing address exists, the T4A was sent to your home address.
