GRAD: Deadline to complete deposit steps #2 and #3 for completion within Fall term 2023:
For students who completed deposit step #1 by Dec. 8th: last day to complete Steps 2 and 3 of the final submission (Deposit) within Fall term 2023. Refer also to December 8th deadline for completing Step 1.
Students who do not complete the deposit by December 22nd must register for the Winter term 2024. Tuition refunds (Phase I and Phase II) will be available to eligible students in research programs who complete the final oral defense and/or deposit at the beginning of Winter term 2024, provided all coursework and other program requirements were completed in previous terms - for details review the registration requirements and Phase I/II deadlines for students in research programs who are defending and/or depositing.
