The Office of the Registrar conducted a Client Services Survey to faculty, staff and students on January 30th, 2013. The survey was completed by 1,244 individuals who had contacted the Office of the Registrar at least once in the Fall 2012 or so far in the Winter 2013 semesters. Of the 1,244 responses, 874 were students, 220 were staff, 144 were faculty members and 6 did not provide this information. Customer Service satisfaction survey in the Winter 2013 semester.
