- You must have a UWin Account to apply for Entrance Awards through the Award Profile tile. If you do not have a UWin Account, please activate it by following the instructions here. Once you have an account, login to UWinsite Student and apply through the Award Profile tile.

When starting a new Award Profile, select the 2025-2026 academic year.

On the next page, complete the course load fields accordingly. For example, if you plan to be a full-time student in the fall and winter (taking 4 or 5 courses), enter 100 under fall and winter.

If you are using a previously saved form that was started at the beginning of the year, click the refresh data button to ensure your most recent 12O average that we currently have on record is populated. If it's not in our records, please estimate your 12O average.
- If applicable, click the Refresh Eligible awards button on the last page to ensure you are seeing the most up-to-date awards that are available.

If you are eligible for multiple application-based awards, you can only apply for one application-based award per form. There is no limit to the number of applications a student can submit. You must submit a start new form for each award that you wish to apply for. These awards will require you to respond to a specific question, upload an essay and may require you to attach supporting documentation.
