OURA Update: The OURA website had been compromised and was serving malware. The website has been replaced with a temporary one-page HTML site. There are still two basic functionalities that exist on this site:
- Access to Graduate Studies Guide: Until the website is fully restored, this guide will be available through a central folder. To request access, please email oura.exec@gmail.com.
- New membership signup: Any new members can add their name to our membership directory via our MailChimp form. This will put their names on our list to receive OURA communications. The full list will be reviewed by institutional approvers prior the the launch of the new website to ensure its accuracy.
- If you do not receive a response to a request within 10 business days, please contract the Admission and Recruitment Officer in Graduate Studies at ext. 2145 or ext. 2133 for more information.
For applicants whose native language is not English, a satisfactory score on an English proficiency test is required.
Applicants are exempt from submitting an English language proficiency examination score if any one of the following conditions is true:
- Within the past two years you have completed a university degree at a Canadian institution.
- Within the past two years you have completed a university degree at an institution in the country where English was the primary language of instruction, as indicated on our exemption list*

- 60% (2nd CI. Upper)

Iran:
- Admitting average: 14/20
- Scholarship average: 17/20
Saudi Arabia:
- Admitting average: 3/4 or 4/5
- Scholarship average: 3.75/4.00 or 4.75/5.00
*India and Bangladesh: completion of both a Bachelor's (three-year) and a Master's or a Bachelor's degree requiring four years of study (e.g., B.Pharm., M.B.B.S., B.Tech., B.Eng., or B.Arch).
*Pakistan: completion of both Bachelor's degree and Master's degree in all disciplines except 4 or 5 year technical degree. e.g., B. Pharm.
