Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

TELUS Health, formerly LifeWorks, is the provider of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) at the University of Windsor. You can access immediate and confidential support to help resolve work, health, and life challenges to improve your life. Professionals can support you with stress or relationship issues, depression, anxiety, nutrition and weight loss, parenting, and much more.

  • Employees and their immediate family members can access services/supports 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
  • Preserving your confidentiality is at the heart of the EAP. Their strict privacy policy goes the extra mile to ensure when you reach out for help, you can feel confident no one will ever know you have contacted your EAP, including the University of Windsor.
  • Services are available in English or French.

How to Access Services, Resources and Supports

Services and supports can be accessed online, by phone, via chat, or through the TELUS Health One mobile app.
 
Online
Go to one.telushealth.com. You will be asked to login with email, username or company code.
  • Enter the following username (case sensitive): EAP-uwindsor
  • When prompted, enter the following password (case sensitive): EAP

You will then be directed to the main page where you can access resources, tools, featured articles and more.

When you call the TELUS Health Access Centre, you will be connected to a professional Client Care Representative (CCR).

TELUS Health One App
The app is free to download and provides in-app access to your employee assistance program (EAP), which includes qualified support for your mental, physical, social and financial health.
