Leadership & Culture Professional Development Program

This program has been designed for individuals currently holding leadership/managerial positions at the University of Windsor.

The Leadership & Culture Program is grounded on the Leadership Competencies Framework and aligns with the University's commitment to fostering people-centric leadership skills and Cultivating a psychologically safe organizational culture. Its purpose is to equip University of Windsor leaders/managers with the skills and supports needed to lead effectively in today’s complex and uncertain environment.

Through this program participants will:

  • Enhance essential leadership competencies from self-care and emotional regulation to building psychologically safe cultures, deploying social power strategically, and leading organizational change with confidence.
  • Hone critical skills including understanding and leading diverse personality types, creating cultures of psychological safety, and navigating change using neuroscience-backed strategies.

The program consists of 4 modules delivered over 8 interconnected half day sessions. The program will run from February 11, 2026, to June 10, 2026, and will incorporate opportunities for self-reflection and small group discussions.
